RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned merchandise must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodysuits (due to intimate nature of the product)
- Belt Buckles (if removed from original packaging)
- Any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Products without original tags or packaging
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Step 1: Request Authorization
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely and include the original packing slip. Ship to:

REFUNDS & CREDIT
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-7 business days to process after we receive your return
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Store Credit: Available immediately upon return processing if preferred
Exchange Processing
Exchanges typically take 7-10 business days to process after we receive your return. We’ll ship your replacement item via your original shipping method.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers (outside US): Please note that return shipping costs and any customs duties are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, email us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
